How to delete your TagOut account

TagOut users can request deletion of their account and associated in-app data at any time. You can start the deletion process directly inside the TagOut app.

If you no longer have access to the app, contact support using the email address below and include the email address or username tied to your TagOut account.

Delete in the app

  1. Open the TagOut app.
  2. Go to Profile or Settings.
  3. Select Delete Account.
  4. Follow the confirmation steps to submit your deletion request.

What gets deleted

When your account deletion request is processed, TagOut will delete your account and associated app data tied to that account, except for any information we may need to keep for legitimate legal, security, fraud-prevention, or compliance reasons.

Data retention

If any limited information must be retained for security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or legal compliance, that information may be kept only as long as necessary for those purposes.
